Get your running shoes on!!!

The Trimble Running Club starts tomorrow!  We will run this Thursday and Friday from 3-4.  We will begin with some stretches to get warmed up and then take off!  Each runner will run/jog/walk at their own pace.  We will do 1 1/2 miles each time we meet.  At the end of our fall program the runners will have run 13.1 miles, A HALF MARATHON!!!  So, everyone get their running shoes on and let's RUN!
